We also provide a FreeText emergency assistance service where texting the keyword YOUTH to 50015 will respond with emergency information and support 24/7/365.  The text is free to send so anyone in need can get asistance even if they have no credit.

The FreeText service provides a vital support to young people as we received over 800 text requests for assistance every week.  Over 38% of these requests have been between 12am and 4am.
